CEO: Emmanuel Ogheneochuko Doghro

Emmanuel Ogheneochuko Doghro is an experienced professional with successful career in Banking, Administration and Business Development. His passion for excellence, interpersonal and analytical skills has propelled him to achieving growth in over 15years of working career. This includes 14 years of consistence success meeting and exceeding business targets in corporate, commercial and business banking. He possesses proven skills in Client relations, problem solving and value creation evidenced by remarkable portfolio of satisfied business clientele. His area of specialty includes Account reconciliation and restructuring, Business planning, Corporate, Commercial and Business Banking, Credit Management, Relationship and Performance Management.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Benin and also an MBA University of Suffolk UK. He is a Distinguished Fellow Chartered institute of Loans and Risk Management of Nigeria. His last portfolio in Banking was the Zonal Manager, Business Banking of Access Bank where he was responsible for the supervision of six branches.

Executive Director: Mrs. Meg Nkechinyere Irozoru

Mrs. Meg Nkechinyere Irozuru is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in business administration, information technology, and corporate governance. She earned a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Lagos and a second B.Sc. in Applied Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University, India. She later completed an M.Sc. in Corporate Governance at Leeds Metropolitan University, United Kingdom.

Her career began at Arthur Andersen & Co., where she served as Personal Assistant to the International Managing Partner. She went on to hold several strategic roles, including Marketing Coordinator at K2 International Limited, Hong Kong, and Personal Assistant to the Quality Assurance Director at Coca-Cola Nigeria Limited. She also held multiple positions at Petrobras Nigeria Limited, progressing from Personal Assistant to the Managing Director to Special Assistant/Senior Administrative Coordinator, and subsequently Human Resources Manager. Her strong work ethic and leadership led to her appointment as Government Relations and Nigerian Content Development Manager.

Mrs. Irozuru has also served as a Non-Executive Director at Cititrust Holdings Plc. and MCK Consulting Limited, She was just appointed as a Non-Executive Director at Immaculate Financial Services, Genius Microfinance Bank Limited,further demonstrating her depth of experience in board-level governance and strategic advisory.

COO: Mr. Ifeanyi Mogekwu

Highly motivated and self-driven salesman from Ibusa in Delta state. A graduate from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma in Edo State with a B.Sc degree in Business Administration.
He has over 15years working experience in the Banking sector, he started his Banking career with Standard Chartered Bank, also worked in First Inland Bank, Diamond and Sky Bank, while in Banking he functioned as a credit and Marketing officer in the different Banks where he developed expertise in Sales and Marketing, Business Development, Strategic Planning, Relationship Management and Leadership role.
He has attended various trainings on Sales, Credit and Marketing, Relationship Management, Communication, Anti-Money Laundary, Reputational risk, Organizational risk to mention but a few. He decided to do delve into IT space where he is presently a Director in EdgeNet Consulting Ltd, One of the fastest growing system integration company, He is a member of The Galacticos FC an Elite club that was formed for the purpose of exercising and networking. He is a Physically fit and skillful Mid-fielder.Blessed with a baby boy.

Executive Director: Mr. Churchill Uba

Churchill Uba is a seasoned financial services professional with over 15 years of extensive experience in banking and financial management across Africa and North America.
He earned his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Estate Management from Abia State University in Nigeria and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Project Management from the University of Lagos.
To further enhance his expertise, he completed a Certificate in Growth Strategies: Identifying Opportunities in Market Trends from Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts.As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Finance & Control of Nigeria, and a member of both the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and the Institute of Credit Administration (ICA), Churchill demonstrates a robust commitment to professional excellence and continuous development.
Throughout his banking career, Churchill has held significant positions at notable institutions, including the now-defunct FinBank Plc (FCMB), Diamond Bank (Access Bank), Union Bank, Fidelity Bank, Keystone Bank, Unity Bank, and Cititrust Asset Management (Benin Republic), where he was the Country Chief Executive.
His vast experience encompasses key roles in West Africa and Canada, where he continues to impact the financial services landscape.Currently a Non Executive Director with Immaculate Financial Service, he is expanding his knowledge through an abridged program at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU), focusing on Financial Services Connection in a Digital World.
He has been instrumental in startup financing, business monitoring, and the implementation of strategic initiatives that have driven growth in industries such as education, real estate, and hospitality.
His work has significantly contributed to operational efficiency and maximizing return on investment for various businesses.With a solid foundation in banking, project management, and financial strategy, he is committed to leveraging his extensive experience to foster innovation and drive business growth in the dynamic global financial landscape.

Executive Director: Mr. Uchechukwu Michael Ogbonna

Uchechukwu Michael Ogbonna is an accomplished financial services executive and strategic leader with over two decades of experience in banking, investment, and business development across Africa. He currently serves as a Director at Immaculate Financial Services Limited and Genius Microfinance Bank Limited, where he provides strategic oversight and governance in line with industry best practices.
Mr. Ogbonna previously held the role of Group Managing Director at CFS Group Ghana Plc, a financial holding company operating commercial and investment banking subsidiaries in multiple African countries. Under his visionary leadership, the Group secured operational licenses and successfully launched banking operations in Ghana, Liberia, Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, South Africa, and Malawi.
He also served as Chief Executive Officer of CFS Group (Ghana) Plc for four years, where he spearheaded aggressive market expansion, strengthened institutional frameworks, and drove significant financial performance. Uchechukwu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA in Financial Management from Lagos State University, Ojo, and M-GIBES College of Business & Management, UK. His extensive career includes senior roles at Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, Stanbic IBTC Bank, Enterprise Bank, Heritage Bank Plc, and Juwac International Group of Companies. His areas of expertise encompass customer service, relationship and account management, SME and commercial banking, private wealth management, regional sales coordination, and strategic business development.
Highly regarded for his deep understanding of global capital markets and cross-border banking operations, Mr. Ogbonna is known for his exceptional ability in capital raising, corporate strategy, and financial innovation. He is also a passionate mentor and advocate for youth empowerment and excellence in service delivery.
